Best pizza in dallas, prices can be a little steep.... worth it though

One of my new favorite pizza places. The crust is crispy and not too thick. Depending on your preferance, I would recommend asking for additionsl sauce, as the finished pizza has barely enough to taste.Employees are friendly. They evan have a few old school arcade games, free to use while you wait for the pizza.

Tasty personal pizza, friendly wait staff. Just wish they had pizza by the slice. Definitely with stopping in for lunch.

Been coming here for 10 years. Pizza is amazing, staff is awesome. Games are vintage, but they are free... Ugo's is awesome!

Good pizza. You actually get a pizza that has more toppings on it than what other pizza places gives you. You can tell by how heavy it is. I will have to agree with others, they are pretty spendy; even more than Abby's.

We had a family dinner. The pizza and spuds were amazing! The ambience leaves much to be desired. I would have given 5 stars, if the dining area was updated. The food was delicious!

Love the pizza, especially the crust. Lunch specials are a good price and they offer Gluten free. Free arcade games for the kids.

I eat lunch here regularly but I am now wondering if it is a reliable option. I got a lunch pizza and half order of spuds today and regret it. The pizza was borderline burnt and the spuds were swimming in a tablespoon of brown grease. I wish I could say this was the first time they have burnt my pizza but it is the first time I have had spuds look like this. The only reason I am giving two stars is because 90% of the time I really like their pizza. This was one of the days I did not enjoy my lunch.Update: The owner contacted me immediately to thank me for my feedback and compensate me with a future lunch. Because of this excellent customer service, I have increased my review to three stars and will increase it again in the near future after I can confirm the issues have been fixed.

Great Pizza, great service..

We go here a lot for family get togethers at Ugo's. The last one we went to was my Cousin's 40th birthday, the pizza is good and spuds are the best! My son is a year and a half, he got to ride the horse for his first time. I've been going to Ugo's since they were at the spot where burger king is now. They tore that building down. And moved down town.

The food is always exceptional but the long wait time over shadows my opinion overall. I would recommend call for an order to go.At least you will he home waiting and not sitting at your table waiting and wondering when you will eat.

I love this place! Friendly people! The food is very delicious. Not like a corporate food chain. Seems to be home made!

I've been going to this place with my family for as long as I can remember. The black knight pizza is our favorite, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and olives, yum! The crust is thin and crunchy with corn meal on the bottom and the toppings go all the way to the edge! You also need to get at least 2 orders of spuds, fried potatoes, they're delicious! It's more expensive than a place like dominoes or pizza hut but it's well worth it.

Little too much cheese on the cheese pizza. Otherwise good.

Really liked this crispy crusted pizza. The sauce wasn't overpowering, the toppings were tasty, and the cheesy bread was soft and good.

We went here for a birthday party and now we're hooked. Definitely the best pizza in town. My only concern is that there was another party and the parents weren't watching their children and they were acting very disrespectful to the activities they have for the kids. Hopefully they can or would put up a sign to watch your kids.

The pizza is always good, thank for cooking our dinner.
